About this Course

Professional artist educator Kathryn Wadel will lead artistic projects inspired by the beauty and wonder of nature. Kathryn will provide examples from professional artists and artistic movements, lead demonstrations to inspire students’ art projects and encourage their creative self-expression. Young artists will have the opportunity to create hand-made artist paper from natural and recycled sources, paint locally inspired landscape paintings, develop a series of nature-prints, challenge their creativity with up-cycled sculpture and more!
