About this Course

This ten-week leadership development program is designed to prepare youth to become mentors at the Thomas Haney Youth Action Park and Neighborhood Park programs throughout the community. Volunteers will build leadership skills and work with staff to create a positive culture that is accessible for everyone. After a successful evaluation, members will earn a reference letter they can use for high school course credits for their time spent mentoring at the Action Park or Neighborhood Park programs.
