About this Course

Volleyball Train & Play” is an intermediate-level program designed for players who have a basic understanding of volleyball fundamentals and are ready to take their game to the next level. This program will focus on teaching and assisting athletes with skill development and abilities such as serve and serve receive, hitting and attacking, advanced defensive application and setting application. Our coaches aim to provide an environment that is fun, inclusive, and challenging, exposing athletes to a variety of different drills, game scenarios, and teamwork-based challenges. Each session will be composed of 50% skills and 50% gameplay, emphasis being placed on mental toughness, strategy, adaptability, and of course having fun! Perfect for players who are looking to continue training and pursuing the sport, “Volleyball Train & Play” will help participants gain the skills and confidence to continue excelling and enjoying the sport
